THE MET WARNER CENTER REPORTS A 100% INCREASE IN 2012 FIRST QUARTER HOMES SALES

 (Woodland Hills, CA)  April 10, 2012 – The Met Warner Center, offering condos in Woodland Hills, CA, today reports a 100% increase in home sales for 2012 first quarter.  The community sold 28 homes in the first quarter of 2012 vs. 14 homes in the first quarter of 2011, illustrating an impressive and positive trend in the Los Angeles region for new home sales. The Met Warner Center is now 90% sold, making it one of “L.A.’s Top Selling Communities.”
